Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during promotions or high-volume periods.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Standard Shipping: $8.00, estimated delivery 3–5 business days.
Free Standard Shipping: available on eligible orders of $70 or more.
Express Shipping: $15.00, estimated delivery 1–2 business days.

Delivery estimates begin after order processing and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or an incorrect address may affect delivery.

Shipping area
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Please contact aamir@kanzfood.com within 24 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the products and shipping package.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
